Featuring the best of the British high street, including Next’s new £6million flagship store, the White Rose shopping centre in Leeds attracts over 12.5 million visitors a year. Opened in 2017, The Village is the latest addition to this busy out of town mall, and features an IMAX cinema, children’s play area and six restaurants including Wagamama, Five Guys and this huge, double height F&B space to let with an outside seating area.

THE CROWD

There are roughly 6,000 office employees based near White Rose, and you’ll see a fair few of them during weekday lunchtimes as they venture out for some food and retail therapy. Evenings are busier as people come to The Village for dinner and a movie, but numbers reach their peak over the weekend. The centre’s large car park and bus station gives visitors easy access from Leeds city centre and the surrounding area.
