A Little About This Space
The Lumen Art Prize, the Leeds Digital Festival and the Leeds Waterside Festival. All great events with big crowds that have appeared lately at Leeds Docks. And as a key commercial hub, media and digital agencies – including Sky and EE – work here throughout the week. This waterside destination is adding new shops and markets to its roster all the time.
There are four waterside spaces available for brands to rent, along the central dock area for Thursdays and Fridays only. Street food vendors, market stalls and pop-up events are all welcome to showcase their idea in 80sq ft looking out to the water. With flats and offices all around, this is a chance to make your mark in a new kind of cityscape.
Leeds city centre is a 10-minute walk away, and you can reach the Docks by bus or water taxi. A floating events space on the water is another feature that is sure to draw in crowds.

Leeds Docks covers 1.2 million sq ft of commercial and residential space.
There are 1,100 residences with 2,000 people living on site.
Commercial tenants include SKY, Yorkshire Water and EE. Retail tenants include Pizza Express, Yoga Hero and Primal Gym.
15,000 visitors attended festivals here in 2015, and the Royal Armouries Museum alone attracts 1.5 million visitors each year.
Leeds Train Station is a 12-minute walk away.

Rules of The Space
There are 4 pitches available.
Recommended Trading Hours: 11am - 2pm. Hours of operation to be within 7.00 - 23.00. Only available to book on Thursdays and Fridays.
Facilities: overnight storage for equipment, 16A power supply.
You may need to apply to Leeds City Council for consent for some activations.
There is no alcohol licence in place, although a temporary events notice can be applied for with the council.
Some noise and weight restrictions are in place across the estate.
Additional security for events should be hired from the managing agents.
Mandatory documentation required to trade: Public Liability Insurance (£10M +) and Food Hygiene certification.

Only available to book on Thursdays and Fridays.
There is a sitting area next to the stall but it is not covered. There is already a coffee brand on-site so this type of offering will not be approved for the space.
