Rules of The Space
The space is open 8am-8pm, if you want to stay open outside of these hours, this needs to be agreed in advance and additional fees apply.
From 8pm-10pm - an extra £50 p/h is payable.
From 10pm-12am - an extra £250 p/h is payable.
An additional £20 per hour is required for security.
Security guard is included in the price and on site from the stated opening hours only.
Home Truths
There is a coffee shop in permanent residence so if your brand is of the same vein, this probably isn’t the space for you. There is an adjoining basement event space, so if an event is running, people might be accessing the downstairs through this space. The full ground floor is also available to book so brands should check the booking schedule to avoid clashes.
