All sales processed through Nicola Donati till are subject to a commission fee on each individual transaction. Depending on the length of the tenancy, tenants will be paid in arrears 3-4 days after the end of their first week's trade.
Access to the premises via our company key holder. No access to the premises are allowed outside normal opening hours, unless by prior agreement.
The tenants need to arrange for their own insurance, although we offer security system and windows shutters.
If storage is required, this need to be arranged accordingly to the individual requirement, and in this option there is access to the ground floor space.
All fittings, packaging and display material to be approved by the landlord.
A commission of 20% + VAT will be taken on sales in case the managing and sale of the items displayed is under our care.
All costs of set up of personalised display fittings to be covered by the tenant, prior agreement with the landlord. The space will need to be returned as its original conditions within 24 hr prior the conclusion of agreement.
