Rules of The Space
The Landlord will be responsible for equipment breakages/repairs for the first month of tenancy. After that, the brand is responsible for all damages (extraction excluded).
If you want to sell alcohol, you'll need to provide a valid personal licence holder (PLH) for your business for the duration of the tenancy and also become the DPS for the premises.
The space comes fully fitted but any redecoration plans must be approved by the Landlord beforehand.
A 1-month rent deposit will be required for any bookings of 3 months and more.
Alcohol can be served until 10:45pm, 7 days a week.
