A Little About This Space
This space sits just off the popular Kings Road in the heart of Chelsea. Although the road is more residential you’ll find you’re still visible to those walking up and down the Kings Road.
This gallery space was once horses stables and as a result oozes with character. The walls are painted white over the bricks and the floor has charming cobbles.
You access the space from a set of double doors on Old Church Street (which runs between Kings Road and Fulham Road) and the space opens up to the left. It has one main room with a little bit of storage.

Rules of The Space
Drilling into the walls is permitted in areas but needs to be reinstated and painted white afterwards.
A damage deposit of anywhere between £500-2000 is required depending on the length of the hire.
VAT is applicable on the price advertised.
An A-board can be placed outside.
Unfortunately, there is no space above the shop where you could put a sign, all branding will be done from the windows.
The space measures as: 10.5m x 7.5m / 35ft x 25ft = 80 sm / 900 sq ft;

It's an open space with four pillars, each 15cm / 6” diameter
