Chelsea's King's Road's designer showrooms and luxury boutiques may be easy on the eye, but this two-mile stretch is also famously open to new and bold ideas – both Mary Quant and Vivienne Westwood opened their era-defining stores here. Follow their lead and introduce your brand to this world-famous street (formerly home to Orla Kiely) in this traditional-style shop to rent near The Ivy Chelsea Garden.
Stretching through some of the capital’s most upscale postcodes, the King’s Road is a playground for affluent shoppers and diners. Popular nearby shops include Anthropologie and homewares store Design Vintage, but the biggest draws around you are busy breakfast/brunch spot Gail’s Bakery and The Ivy Chelsea Garden, which draws well-heeled diners from across London all week round (especially on the weekends). You’ll be a 13-minute walk from Sloane Square.
You’ll be in between Gail’s Bakery, and womenswear and homeware brand Toast. The Ivy Chelsea Garden is a couple of doors away, and Chelsea fire station is opposite.
A1 licence.
The space is available to rent for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 2 months.
The interior is quite bold, but you’re free to redecorate.
This isn't the busiest end of King's Road with more locals than tourists, but you'd still get a lot of visibility on this world-famous street.
