A Little About This Space

Lazy Francis is a luxury childrenswear label bringing colour, design and craft to the wardrobes of boys and girls aged 0-12. The brand recently launched its own boutique - Kids Emporium - on London's eponymous Kings Road. And now the team plan to complement their own collections with edits from likeminded kidswear brands. That's where your collaboration comes in.

This listing is for rail space inside the Emporium. There are a choice of rails available at different touchpoints within the store, so get in touch with your concierge to find the perfect fit for your idea.

Lazy Francis is looking for other childrenswear and kids brands to share space with, to keep their existing customers engaged with what's new. Other brands appearing here include JAM London, Hebe and Tuta Kids.

  • Tenants are charged a 5% commission (no VAT) on all products sold in the space.
  • Tenants will receive a monthly sales report (if the booking is less than 2 months, then 1 report is issued at the end of the rental period) for all sales. This will show the 5% commission. The Tenant shall invoice the Landlord monthly for products sold based on this sales report.
  • Tenants can monitor which items are out of stock based on monthly sales report. Alternatively, Tenants may check in with the Landlord periodically.
  • The Landlord is responsible for visual merchandising but would be happy to hear her ideas from the Brand/Tenant should they wish to share these.
