This edge of Williamsburg has it’s industrial theme with less crowds and vestiges of bulk trade and commerce. It’s quaint and edgy, carrying the original vibes that brought art, dance, and experimentation to this neighborhood. Rent a large warehouse space surrounded by other warehouses - bring back old Williamsburg.
Not a lot of New Yorkers venture out to this side of Williamsburg. Don’t expect any usual footfall hours, except for residents or people commuting a scenic route to avoid busier streets. North Brooklyn Farms, a farm and public park, is a block away and may bring in weekend crowds - but don’t count on it. The closest subway stations are Marcy Ave. and Bedford Ave. both of which are about nine blocks away.
With Domino Park and the Vice offices just opposite, this area is the epitome of cool. Neighbouring restaurant Misi is top of the list for New Yorkers, making it one of the hardest places to get a reservation right now.
The large space will take a lot to to fill but the destination is incredible for an event.
