Hallsville Quarter is part of a huge regeneration programme to provide Canning Town’s ever-expanding community with a new high street where they can live, shop and hang out. The Landlord is looking for fresh brands and experiential ideas that will help engage the community to rent this large retail space within the development.


With its affordable housing and connections to Canary Wharf, the City and London City Airport, Canning Town’s appeal to young professionals and families continues to grow. Rules of The Space

Any changes to the space must be approved by the Landlord beforehand and the space must be returned as found.

All temporary installations within the space need to be free-standing and not fixed to the walls.

All brands must be appropriately insured.

All brands must provide Risk Assessments/Method statements for activities taking place.

Must comply to all licensing conditions set by local authorities.

The space is available to rent for a maximum of three months.
