Located amongst London’s hippest restaurants and notorious nightclubs is this discreet Soho space. This part of town never sleeps, and you're well placed here to make the most of the action, as the space is situated on Greens Court, a thoroughfare between Brewer Street and Berwick Street Market.
The space itself has a complete glass frontage, with a narrow bench outside. Inside is bright white and clean with a polished grey resin floor, industrial lighting and a gallery feel. There is a combined office and storage space to the rear, as well as a toilet.
You can't get much more central than this, in the beating heart of London's West End. There are bars, restaurants, shops and cafes all around, the theatre district is close by, and the transport links are excellent.

Rules of The Space
The price for this space is £4000 p/week during London fashion week (18-22 September).
Any decoration works to be pre-approved by the landlord and any major works subject to a written method statement.
There's storage and toilets at the rear.
Trading hours 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week. You must inform local residents and Landlord of any planned evening events you will be planning.
A damage deposit of £1000 required by the landlord.
No hair stylists or barbers.
It is requested that you also inform the local residents to the Space by dropping a letter with your contact details and more information on your project. The entrance to the residents block is right next to the shop therefore please help to be respectful of their home if there is a queue of people outside your shop.
