A Little About This Space

If you’re looking for a vibrant combination of retail and nightlife, mixing in with a lively arts scene, look no further than SoHo. This gallery space for rent greets visitors with a columned entrance, leading into exposed brick interiors and the natural light allowed in by a rear sunroof — whether it’s for artwork or a retail project, it’s ideal for showing off your wears. View the floorplan for this space.

Expect the usual SoHo denizens. This is also a commuter-friendly district thanks to the varied cafe and lounge options. Weekends are normally the busiest, with visitors pouring in from the nearby Canal Street underground station.

The surrounding art scene includes the galleries of Jeffrey Deitch and Ronald Feldman as well as the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art. This is also a place of retail experimentation, with highly regarded brands such as Nike, Alexander Wang, and Billionaire Boys Club setting up shop nearby to test out concepts.

Home Truths

Despite the big-name brands nearby, it isn’t quite as busy as prime Upper SoHo.
