A Little About This Space

This space is not a blank slate, and that's what makes it. As a commercial space to rent its defining features are its individuality, complexity, and small details that set it apart from your usual white walled space. Taking up the ground floor of this impressive and ornate Terracotta-faced building, the property is made up from several small open spaces that can easily be partitioned off to cater for a wide variety of uses. A mixture of exposed brickwork and intimate lighting give the space a rustic, practical charm ready to host people and events just as easily as it can become home for your brand.

The Crowd

Whilst still in the centre of London, this part of Fitzrovia is more easy-going than nearby Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street, and is generally populated with quiet, low-key offices for businesses, and the smart, creative and driven people that work there. The number of luxury-driven shops and sophisticated restaurants nearby also attract those with a keen eye for quality and money to spend. Great Titchfield Street itself is heavier on residential properties with some A1&2 use on the ground floor, and thus has a smaller footfall than the neighbouring perpendicular roads; that being said, a healthy range of everyday shops, cafés and services can be found for the people who live and work in the area, and invites a constant crowd both day and night.

Meet the Neighbors

With Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road not too far away, any and all food, shopping and entertainment is to hand. Your immediate neighbours are restaurant and wine-bar Bellaria at the junction with Langham & Foley Street, with the Crown & Sceptre pub opposite. Heading further south, Mac & Wild, Sergio's, Meraki and the Riding House Café make up just some of the endless array of eateries nearby. As well as this, a University of Westminster Campus is around the corner on Little Titchfield Street, with another in the other direction on New Cavendish Street. Following that, and as you approach the famous BT Tower, Harris + Hoole coffee is opposite a Tesco for basic amenities.
