Williamsburg might be known for its hipster/struggling artist vibe, but it’s residents are also very health oriented. This pop up space for rent was formerly a pilates studio, so it would best be used as a similar wellness business.
The crowd here is now actually diverse, though some of the hipster scene is still alive and well, the food and shopping here attracts tourists beyond the confines of Manhattan. Bars and restaurants like Tuffet, Noorman’s Kil and Desy’s Clam Bar are nearby and Grand Street is always busy. The L train at Grand St is just two blocks away.
Your neighbors include restaurants Los Primos, Bahia, and Ammazzacafe. There are lots of bars nearby like Orebar, Ceremony, and Second Chance Saloon. McCarren Park is about 10 minutes away, and Bedford Ave just past that.
Because of the current Pilates layout and condition, the space can only accommodate similar businesses.
