Opening Times:
Mon - Fri: 10:30am - 6pm (Operating outside of these hours is possible for £20 extra per hour)
Sat - Sun: Closed, but landlord willing to negotiate.
Note: Can open in the evening by negotiation for a private view.
Redecoration: No redecorating the inside of this property.
Damage Deposit: From £200, depending on length of hire.
VAT: No
Redecoration is not permitted although branding may be placed on the windows and an A Board place outside.
