A Little About This Space

Long before Wall Street, the Seaport District was the centre of all things business in New York. Now, the historic cobblestoned streets are lined with businesses that range from experimental restaurants to artistic ventures, exemplified by this shared retail space for rent on Fulton Street. Surrounded by glass from its entrance to the numerous windows, this artsy and vibrant space is the perfect place to display your brand.

The Seaport District has more than its history going for it. There are numerous dining options for visitors as well as a museum and hotels. That being said, this isn’t a residential area, so you’re more likely to mostly see visitors passing by for a look. In addition to that, this busy section of New York is also home to business centres and bank branches, so expect a lot of professionals moving around during their workday. It hasn’t seen its boom just yet, but Front Street, in particular, is showing signs of retail life in this district— there’s a Guess store across from this space. Weekdays will see plenty of footfall from employees and busybodies moving around, but there are enough bars and dining options to warrant fairly busy weekends as well.

Just outside and across the street, a local GUESS retailer sits next to the Melville Gallery at the Seaport Museum. The other surrounding options include a host of coffee spots and quick bites, perfect for all of the mid-day meetings and speedy lunches.
