Parson’s Green’s close-knit community with its green spaces and independent businesses give this south-west London neighbourhood a country village vibe that continues onto this scenic stretch of Fulham Road near Parson’s Green station. With two large floors that can be booked together or separately, this stylish-looking shop would be great space for ideas within the artistic community.
Home to a variety of independent shops, cafés and neighbourhood restaurants, this part of Fulham Road has something here for everyone. During the week you’ll see locals heading to classes at Heartcore or out for coffee at Gail’s or The Pottery Café. The weekends are when you will be most busy with a large footfall of locals and tourists browsing the shops and making the most of the independent bars and restaurants.
Dynamic Pilates and yoga studio Heartcore is to one side of the shop. To the other side is photography studio Venture, and local design, printing and framing service Vizability. Next door but one, the Pottery Café is on the site of Emma Bridgewater’s original studio. You’ll also have Parson’s Nose, regarded as one of London’s best butchers, and the excellent Nomad Books nearby.
The downstairs showroom is a little shabby in places, so it’ll need a little sprucing up. Ask our additions team about this and they will be happy to help. View the additions website here.
