Soho may have shed its racier past in favour of independent boutiques, hot new restaurants and cutting-edge creative agencies, but that hasn’t made it any less popular among the locals. Positioned on the corner of Frith and Bateman Streets - two of the area's busiest - this space could be just what you need to get your concept noticed.
Formerly occupied by Pret A Manger, the space is made up of two good sized rooms connected by a small slope and archway. Both have doors leading to further rooms previously used as kitchen facilities, a staff room, a walk-in fridge and staff toilets. There is also some storage space, and a small office room. The initial two rooms have plenty of natural light from the large windows.
High-end neighbours include Chotto Matte, Barrafina and the infamous Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club. Being just a short walk from both Tottenham Court and Leicester Square stations, transport connections via the underground couldn't be better.
Although previously a Pret, this space could work for another F&B concept or straight forward retail.
