A Little About This Space

What was was farmland turned manufacturing neighborhood, Tribeca is now home to luxury lofts, can’t-get-a-reservation restaurants, and boutiques. It’s a downtown area that’s heavy on foot traffic from locals and tourists.

On Franklin Street in an early 1900s building between Broadway and Church Street is this large, open, and well-lit space. Although currently being used as an office and show room, thanks to its layout it is very flexible. Included in the two-level open floor plan is a kitchen and meeting area. With large plank flooring and high tin-clad ceilings, the space retains that Tribeca mix of art and industry.

This part of Franklin Street is always busy, whether it’s people getting a workout at the super trendy AquaCyle, indulging with a cupcake at Billy’s Bakery, or unwinding at the Aire Ancient Baths. Several trains are close to this location including the A/C/E and N/Q/R/W
