The landlord is looking to showcase the best local independent food producers and traders.

The local area
This space is for a pitch only, you must provide your own gazebo (or food truck) and equipment.
You must not set up before 9.30am and must arrive before 10am, your gazebo must not be left unattended at any time, this means two persons are required to trade. If non-compliant, you may be prohibited from trading.
Pitches are on a first come first served basis (after 9.30) and that the pitch closest to the power box is circa 3m, the furthest pitch is circa 8m and therefore traders will need to provide appropriate length power cables.
You must provide your own 3 x 3m Pro 40 or Pro 50 black gazebo as well as sufficient weights (minimum 20kg on each leg).
If using the food truck pitch, your truck must be no more than 4m in length.
You must provide your own weather power connection socket for up to 13amps. They must not overload the supply otherwise it will trip the power box supplying all traders. Anyone overloading will be asked to leave and will forfeit their deposit and any monies paid.
Tenants can bring in their own gas supply, be aware that although gas cooking is permitted, you cannot use exposed flames (e.g fire pits) to cook with for health and safety purposes.
Rent is inclusive of rates and service charges (electricity and water)
No other re-decoration permitted.
There is a mandatory station security briefing prior to your first day of trading.
Copy of Public liability insurance, Food Hygiene and PAT testing certificates required and mandatory to trade.
Traders using electricity, gas cylinder, cooking or other equipment that have the potential to cause a fire are to bring their own fire fighting equipment including fire blanket, dry powder fire extinguisher, substantial oil proof matting and a first aid kit.
Traders must come adequately prepared to clean up any accidental oil spills, such as have oil absorbing cloths, mats, cleaning agents to disperse etc. Should the space be damaged in any way, for instance, if a deep clean is required, the trader will be responsible for covering the cost of this and reimbursing the landlord for charges ensued as a result.
