A Little About This Space

Exmouth Market feels like a genteel village in the middle of Clerkenwell. This cobblestoned street is a celebration of independent boutiques, street food stalls, and some of the city's most well-loved eateries. And in the midst of it all is this ready-to-go retail space to rent with a smart storefront and two floors.

The Crowd

A grown-up alternative to Shoreditch, Clerkenwell is home to 30-something Londoners who want a slightly slower pace but still care about what's relevant. Monday to Fridays are the busiest times, especially during lunchtimes when the street food stalls are open for business and after work when patrons spill out onto the pavements with a drink in hand. Angel station is a 10-minute walk.

Meet the neighbours

Sandwiched in between the unlikely combo of a tattoo parlour and a French patisserie and opposite the ever-popular Santore Italian restaurant. One of London's most popular restaurants for small plates, Moro, is a few doors down, as are popular eateries Caravan and Berber & Q. Florist Botanique and quirky gift shop Space are also further down.

Home Truths

It’s at the slightly quieter end of the street but there’s still more than enough passing trade to make your mark.
