A Little About This Space

Exmouth Market’s laid-back charm and an array of independent businesses, including some of the best restaurants in the capital, make this pedestrianised Clerkenwell street a popular place to unwind. Once a tattoo parlour, this split-level shop plus lower ground floor space to let will be cleared and white-boxed, and the landlord is removing the film from the windows, covering his signage and adding a door to separate the space from his business next door.

THE CROWD

Known for its advertising agencies, architectural firms and design studios, Farringdon is the stomping ground of many a creative, and the foodies among them head here on weekdays for the lunchtime food market. At night, the street fills with drinkers and diners lured by the likes of Morito, Berber & Q, Café Kick and The Coin Laundry. There’s a friendly buzz about the place all week, but weekends will see a few more people browsing Exmouth Market’s independent shops.
MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

The shop is in between salon Belle Ame Beauty Champagne and McCaul Goldsmiths who have been selling and crafting their jewellery in the shop next door for ten years. Further along the street, you will find Marby & Elm a small independent stationery store which creates custom handmade cards and printed designs. There is a range of cafes nearer the end of the street with popular record store turned coffee shop Brill being a keen hotspot throughout the day for both locals and nearby professionals.
