A Little About This Space
Bring your idea to the Edinburgh edition of the UK’s biggest food festival, a three-day celebration of street food, artisan makers and delicious drink taking place from the 7th, 8th and 9th August 2020. Setting up a market stall here will get your name and product in front of a dedicated audience of epicureans eager to try and buy new flavours – and to meet the people behind them.
THE CROWD
Over the course of the weekend, you’ll see in excess of 25,000 food lovers of all ages who’ve come here to eat, drink and learn tricks of the trade from some of the UK’s top chefs and food producers. As well as an enthusiastic general public, you’ll see food buyers and restaurateurs, well-known chefs and plenty of your fellow food and drink producers. Inverleith Park is to the north of the city centre, a 30-minute walk from Waverley station.

The festival boasts live music, demonstrations from top chefs, and a line-up of local and national producers and street food vendors.

Rules of The Space
You must commit to booking the stall for all three days of the event.
ALL exhibitors are required to supply:
- Public Liability Insurance (£5m) and trader documentation
- Risk Assessment
- Exhibitor Nameboard
