A Little About This Space
Picture an oasis of zen-like tranquility in Stratford’s lively East Village. Wellness Day on June 23rd 2018 sees the former Athletes Village host an assortment of wellness programmes and workshops that centre around looking and feeling good. Rent this pitch and add your name to the ever-growing line-up of brands attending. Stalls will be provided, including a gazebo and six foot trestle table.
THE CROWD
Yummy mummies, fitness fanatics and young arty types interested in organic beauty, ethical goods and vegan food are expected to attend this event. Open 11am-4pm, with free yoga sessions throughout the day, this pitch will likely see pretty steady visitor numbers. Stratford station is a 10-minute walk away.
MEET THE NEIGHBOURS
Your pitch will sit alongside flower-crown making, free yoga, and terrarium-creating programmes. Outside, an open-air big screen will be showing scenes from the World Cup and Wimbledon. A selection of gym spaces (Better Gym, FitFam, Fix) and artisanal eateries (Signorelli, Dark Horse & Ginger, and Mint) are close by.

Trading Hours: 11:00 - 16:00.
Electricity points are available on site.
No water can be disposed of in the drains.
Visual merchandising must be to a high standard and have professional signage.
Documentation required for F&B traders:
- Food Risk Assessment to cover your Food Service
- HACCP document for all dishes being served
- Food Hygiene Qualifications
- Public Liability Insurance
- Gas certification (if applicable)
For non-food traders:
- Risk assessment to cover their activity on the stand
- Company Insurance Documentation
- Any certification or Training documents relevant to activity
