Cutting right through the heart of Theatreland, Earlham Street Market runs parallel to Shaftesbury Avenue in one of the most famous, bustling parts of the city. The Seven Dials area of Covent Garden is a shopping haven, with Earlham Street Market adding character and choice to the rows and rows of boutiques nearby.
The market holds 22 pitches, featuring a wide range of stalls. Here you’ll find everything from beautiful flowers to secondhand clothes, street fashion and food and drink. Bring your idea and bags of personality to this thriving, colourful hive of activity.
Earlham Street is bordered by Tottenham Court Road Tube station to the north and Covent Garden and Leicester Square stations to the south. This area is well connected for trains and buses and brings high footfall – especially at weekends.

Rules of The Space
Brands are required to provide proof of their Public Liability Insurance and (if applicable) Food Hygiene Certificate when submitting a booking request.
Once approved by the Landlord for the market, brands must complete a street trading licence application form with all supporting documents before they are allowed to trade. The form can be accessed here.
Monday - Tuesday: £20 + VAT per day
Wednesday - Saturday: £38 + VAT per day
Plus a mandatory one off registration cost of £57.75 that covers casual trading across the borough of Camden for one year.
Please note that the minimum trading period for this space is five days. However, the days do not have to be booked consecutively, and can be spread out over a number of weeks if availability allows.
Closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day
Market hours are 7am - 7pm (this includes set up and set down time). Brands must be set up before 10am and be offsite by 7pm. Trading space must be packed down and cleared every night.
No power, water, or stalls/tables provided.
Pitch sizes are 3x2m. They are only 2m deep as Earlham Street is open to traffic. Stall design must be approved by the landlord.
No parking is available onsite but Camden Council can supply secure parking at Leather Lane for £20 per day, which is just over a mile away.
