Denman Street is a busy road in Soho, a stones throw from famous, bustling Piccadilly Circus. The space itself, most recently home to Jamie's Italian, is spacious with wooden floors and plenty of interesting features including a large bar and expansive leather sofas. Perhaps the most attractive aspect is a large outdoor terrace space overlooking the street. Because of its spaciousness, it should be easy to implement a social distancing system for either a restaurant or retail concept.

The Crowd

Several streets in the area including Denman Street have been closed to car traffic since lockdown ended, to encourage people to come back to Soho’s bars, restaurants and clubs, giving the neighbourhood a more relaxed, community feel. Soho visitors tend to be a real mix of 'out-of-towners' in search of excitement, affluent Londoners enjoying some of the more expensive bars and restaurants and a more bohemian crowd, which Soho is famous for. Expect busy streets most nights of the week, and especially at the weekend.

This space is in a neighbourhood devoted to nightlife of various forms including pubs, bars, restaurants, like Kulu Kulu Sushi and theatres (although these remain closed for now). You'll also be near to cinemas like Picturehouse Central. It’s often loud and busy until late at night, especially on the weekend.
