A Little About This Space

Connecting Aldgate East and Shoreditch High Street, Commercial Street is an established destination for shopping, dining and drinking thanks to its collection of cool brands, restaurants and bars – and Spitalfields Market, of course. A block over from the market, this cosy, light-filled F&B space is in a busy spot near Brick Lane and a lot of offices.


Commercial Street has a buzz about it all week round as office workers, bankers and local business owners mix with the shoppers and tourists drawn here by Spitalfields’ famous market and boutiques. With the likes of Maui Poké and Eat Saigon close by, you’re in a busy spot come lunchtime, while Gunpowder, Blessing’s and The Culpeper keep things lively in the evenings. Shoreditch High Street and Liverpool Street stations are eight minutes’ walk away.

Rules of The Space

The Landlord will be responsible for equipment for the first month of tenancy, after which it will be the responsibility of the tenant (excluding extraction).
