A Little About This Space

This event space on Commercial Street is opposite Spitalfields' high-end boutiques, restaurants and markets, and runs parallel to lively Brick Lane. The space for rent consists of two different parts: a street-level outdoor market pitch with a gated area for serving food, and a repurposed basement space with a bar area (once a public bathroom, and then a nightclub).

You're in view of Old Spitalfields so you'll get a trickle of after work browsers from the City during the week. Saturdays and Sundays are busiest with tourists, weekend shoppers and foodies coming to and from Spitalfields and Brick Lane. Som Saa, currently one of the best in town for Thai food, is a two-minute walk away and is always packed. Liverpool Street station is a 5-minute walk away.

You're right by 18th-century Christ Church and opposite Old Spitalfields' upmarket brands including McQ, Rag & Bone and Hackett London. A few doors down is the local watering hole, The Ten Bells pub, and opposite is an ongoing massive commercial development.

Home Truths

This listing is for a full takeover of the street-level and lower ground space, but you can also rent them out separately if you want one and not the other.

At street level there's space for four F&B vendors, with a gated area for serving and seating, and some extra room for people to enjoy just outside the gates.

It's no Spitalfields, but Commercial Street is still a busy main road throughout the day, especially on weekends as people spill out from Spitalfields and Brick Lane.
