This unusual, mixed use space is right next to Spitalfields Market, The Ten Bells Pub and close to the foot of busy Brick Lane. Once upon a time it was a public toilet, but with a location poised to attract City workers, weekend shoppers and those on their way out to play in the East End, it’s easy to see why brands have had other ideas here since.
The space most recently appeared as a nightclub and inside you’ll see hints of its former nocturnal life. Its monochrome tiled flooring, street light flooding in from above and single, long room all make for an atmospheric setting. Move in now and make it your own. The toilets have running water, there’s a bar area near the stairs, and although it needs lots of work this could become something special.
Overhead street food vendors and local artists interact with shoppers, tourists and City workers by day. Liverpool Street station is a 5-minute walk away and you’ll also be moments from Shoreditch High Street.
By the end of July 2017, a bar shall be installed for use by Tenants, but drinks will not be provided.
No drilling, alterations or works permitted on walls.
At Appear Here we believe in the personal touch, which is why everyone gets matched to a Concierge who is there to help you find the perfect space for your idea.
