Less that a minutes walk from the popular Camden Road Overground station, and a peaceful distance from the hectic high street, sits this gallery space split over ground and large basement. It is in superb condition and ready to be hired as a small shop space with little redecoration needed.
The large front windows are a great places to decorate with designs and branding. This also acts as a lightwell into the lower ground gallery space.
The Gallery itself has a strong following and are willing to help you and promote out your idea.

Rules of The Space
PRICES
Sundays-Tuesdays: £500+VAT/day.
Wednesdays-Saturdays: £250/day + VAT (evening hire only).
HOURS
Sundays-Tuesdays: 9am-10pm.
Wednesdays-Saturdays: 6pm-10pm.
There is no alcohol license, therefore you need to apply for a Temporary Events Notice from Camden Council if you are looking to sell alcohol on site.
Full venue capacity is 180 people at any one time.
Redecoration is not permitted.
A damage deposit of £500 or more will be required by the landlord when hiring this space. VAT is applicable on this space.
