Th space is next door to one of NY’s most well-known fur stores, Marc Kaufman Fur. Along the rest of the street is a string of smaller fur sellers and the ice cream shop Klondike. St Johns Baptist Church is directly opposite and is one of five Roman Catholic churches in the Chelsea neighborhood.
