Bar & Restaurant
A huge splash of colour where Covent Garden, Soho and Fitzrovia meet, the Central Saint Giles development has brought the likes of Google and NBCUniversal to this part of town, as well as a heap of eateries set around its central courtyard. Adjacent to the office block, this large, glass-fronted space has a fitted kitchen, counters and seating, and is a great spot for you and your F&B idea to capture the attention of all the people in the area.
Central Saint Giles is home to the likes of NBCUniversal, WPP, Google and Sci-fi Channel Europe, so you’ll see plenty of young creatives and media workers as they head to and from the office, and at lunchtimes. Pod and Caffè Nero are popular stops for a grab-and-go breakfast or lunch, while Cabana, Zizzi and Japanese ramen restaurant Ippudo fill up with local workers and tourists in the evenings. You’re a five-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road station.
Your neighbours include Google, NBCUniversal and MindShare. Eateries within the development include Bryon, Korean grill restaurant Superstar BBQ, and the first UK branch of Which Wich, a US sandwich chain.
The space is available to rent for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 1 year.
