- Use of Incident/Refusals Book.
- Two SIA (security) to be employed from Thursdays to Sundays, 8pm until closing.
- CCTV is operational during booking and maintained.
- No consumption of alcohol outside after 10pm.
- No use of external seating area after 10pm.
- No music or amplified sound on the premises that could cause nuisance to the neighbourhood.
- No loudspeakers located in entrance door or outside the premise building.
- All windows and external doors kept closed after 10pm, or any time when regulated entertainment takes place.
