Arty students from nearby UCL happily rub shoulders with the Bangladeshi community and young couples taking their first step on the property ladder mix with older stalwart Londoners. This area is likely to be fairly busy during the week but it really comes alive at the evenings and in the weekends. Caledonian Road and Barnsbury overground station is a four-minute walk away.

You’ll be next door to a hairdresser and across the road from a gamers bar. Down the road you’ll find Cally Pool and Gym. There are plenty of quirky bars and fun shops around to draw in locals and tourists alike.
