Flushing Avenue is one of Brooklyn’s busiest streets, and in this part of Bushwick, it’s a mix of industrial, residential, and retail shops. Located at the intersection of Flushing and Knickerbocker is this white-boxed retail space for rent, formerly used as a gallery.
Bushwick still maintains a bit of the edge that Williamsburg used to be known for. The neighborhood is full of local gems like the used bookstore Human Relations, and Urban Jungle, a vintage shop. The Jefferson stop on the L is a few minutes away making it quick and easy to get to Williamsburg or Manhattan.
Your neighbors include Kave Espresso Bar, Bushwick Food Coop, and Bunna, a delicious Ehtiopian vegan restaurant. Roberta’s pizza is near, as are great bars like No Bull NYC and Dromedary Urban Tiki Bar.
This is a busy but industrial area, so the space might not be ideal for every brand.
