All the units along this row are identical, however this space has a slightly larger stock room than most.
The landlord is looking for a mix of food, fashion and lifestyle ideas that will appeal to a young, urban crowd. Brands such as DA Clothing, Major London 05 and Ratchet have already appeared here.
