Who wouldn’t want to set up shop on one of London’s most famous and exclusive shopping streets? Part of a parade of properties that were recently used for London Design Week, this lovely, light-filled boutique to rent is in an ideal spot to get your fashion, interiors or cafe idea noticed by Knightsbridge’s well-heeled locals and tourists.

THE CROWD

With Harvey Nichols and Harrods down the road, this is a major shopping destination. Discerning shoppers with money to spend come here for some retail therapy, and you’ll see your fair share of tourists making their way between South Kensington’s museums and Hyde Park. This is more a daytime destination than a nightspot, although The Bunch of Grapes pub a few doors down pulls in a steady crowd from lunch until late. Saturdays and Sundays are the busiest days. Knightsbridge station is a seven-minute walk away.
