This short stretch between London Fields and Regent’s Canal certainly packs a punch. Not only is Broadway Market home to a hipster-friendly collection of coffee shops, independent eateries and boutiques, it’s also a neighbourhood high street complete with a local pie shop, post office and bookies. Every Saturday it’s the site of a flourishing street market, too. But you won’t get blocked in by stalls in this split-level shop to rent – it’s at the canal end of the street, near where the market starts and opposite Aesop.
It’s a largely local crowd here during the week. Long-term residents rub shoulders with south Hackney’s young creatives as they shop for groceries or grab a coffee and lunch. Tourists, locals and young families flock here on Saturdays for street food and a stroll around the market, and the road’s restaurants and pubs get packed out with families and friends meeting up for Sunday dinner. It's an eight-minute walk to London Fields station.
Cult Australian skincare brand Aesop is opposite. The Broadway Bookshop is next door, as is Market Café, a busy bar and restaurant.

This space comes furnished as seen in pictures, but you can move things around.
The signage on the outside will need to stay the same, but you can put vinyls in the window and advertise outside.
