The landlord is yet to install lighting in the ground floor space, but is hoping to do this before anyone moves in.
Usually the space may only be used for retail, which means no food or alcohol, but during the period of COVID-19 the landlord would be happy for an A1 food & beverage operator to take occupation of the space to provide the local community with an alternative / additional food & beverage offering (bare in mind there is no alcohol licence for this space).
