After the success of Boxpark in Shoreditch, its second location has just opened in Croydon. Focusing mostly on food and drinks, it's become a destination for cool, independent brands – attracting a forward-thinking crowd. Rent one of their single unit spaces (exact location to be decided) for your food and drink concept. The unit comes with a kitchen and dining area.

THE CROWD

Located right by East Croydon train station, Boxpark is a regular breakfast and coffee stop for commuters on their way to work. Weekdays get busy during lunchtimes as well, and weekends bring crowds, especially on the days with live music.

The group of restaurants in Boxpark is always changing, and currently includes places like Fish, Wings & Tings, Coqfighter Chicken and Beer, The Cronx Brewery, and Meat Liquor. The Whitgift Centre shopping mall is also nearby and undergoing a huge redevelopment.

Any major changes to the space must go through the Landlord.

The price doesn't include business rates, utilities and service charge.

Rent 20K or 10 % turnover whichever is greater per annum
Service Charge 7.5K per annum
