A Little About This Space

After the success of Boxpark Shoreditch, they've opened another location in Croydon. Focusing mostly on food and drinks, it's home to plenty of cool, independent brands – a great opportunity to get your brand in front of a forward-thinking crowd. Rent a single unit space on the corner for your retail and F&B concepts.

Weekdays get busy during lunchtimes, and weekends bring crowds, especially on the days with live music. Located right by East Croydon train station, Boxpark is also a regular breakfast and coffee stop for commuters on their way to work.

The group of restaurants in Boxpark is always changing, and currently includes places like Fish, Wings & Tings, Coqfighter Chicken and Beer, The Cronx Brewery, and Meat Liquor. The Whitgift Centre shopping mall is also nearby and undergoing a huge redevelopment.

Home Truths

Croydon isn't central, but BOXPARK's reputation makes it a destination.

This space would suit a F&B concept more than retail, to complement the neighbours. However, the Landlord will consider retail concepts on a case-by-case basis.

The current space fit out and interiors may be different to ones shown in these pictures.
