A Little About This Space

Over 20 million people pass through the West One centre each year on their way to and from Oxford Street and Bond Street. This shopping centre above Bond Street station has been recently renovated. This stall to rent opposite the entrance to the tube comes with a 32 amp commando unit as well as storage space within the kiosk, specifically designed to fit a standard under-counter fridge. It also comes with additional shelving.

THE CROWD

The stall sits just opposite the entrance to Bond Street station which serves as the main gateway to London's main shopping destinations: Selfridges, Bond Street, Oxford Street and Regent Street. Expect bustling crowds throughout the day, quieting down as the evening rolls in. You'll spot a mix of local shoppers, tourists and commuters alike, so it's a perfect opportunity to get your brand out there in front of a diverse audience who're ready to shop.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

This space sits directly opposite the entrance to Bond Street ticket barrier with Superdrug, Holland and Barrett and an M&S Foodhall as your neighbours. A short ride up the escalator and you’ll find a variety of grab-and-go food venues such as Pret A Manger, McDonalds and Joe & The Juice.
