A Little About This Space
This retro, colourful and friendly bar is available for a very attractive rent. Between the tube stations Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg - Saint-Denis, it is located in one of the most festive and trendy districts of Paris, attracting a young and diverse crowd.

The space is in a very up-and-coming area. Rather popular originally, is becoming gentrified as creative Parisians and hype shops settle here.
