A Little About This Space

This bright, white boxed event space and showroom for hire is in a 3 story red bricked building on the Lower East Side. It has front facing windows, florescent lighting, and white tiled floors. There is also a storage area, and a restroom. You will be in the middle of the Lower East Side, a bustling downtown destination known for its trendy shops and cutting edge eateries.

A Little About the Crowd

Young and progressive professionals from the creative, technology, and social media fields, come together to dine and shop on the Lower East Side, every day of the week. These professionals are joined by college students from nearby New York University, and tourists from all walks of life. They frequent restaurants such as 99 Favor Taste, offering spicy all-you-can-eat hot pot, around the corner on Grand Street. They also shop at the historic indoor Essex Market, featuring a collection of international food vendors, a few blocks away. On nights and weekends, this same crowd, along with New Yorkers from all five boroughs, head to chic restaurants in the area like Hotel Chantelle, serving New American fare, as well as late night cocktail bars, such as Attaboy. Two other popular New York City destinations, Chinatown and Little Italy, are a short distance away.

Meet the Neighbors

You will share the block with Vanessa's Dumplings, a highly rated, no-frills Chinese eatery, that is a hit with locals and tourists alike. The landmark Tenement Museum, offering a glimpse into immigrant life on the Lower East Side at the beginning of the twentieth century, is one street over. Rooftop 93, a trendy lounge offering views of the New York City skyline, is a few blocks away.
