Rules of The Space

A damage deposit of £500 (minimum) will be required when booking this space.

The walls are not load bearing but individual items can be hung (with prior permission).

Any holes desired to be made to either the floors or the walls need to be approved by the Landlord in writing. As a former design store acting as a service point for a flooring company, the woods used are of a high quality therefore you could be stung with a nasty bill if you don't pre-approve with the Landlord.

All activities must finish by 9.00pm due to residents above.

You can book one week for £1120 by submitting a booking request for two weeks and stating you only want one week.

A damage deposit of £500 or more will be required by the landlord when hiring this space.

VAT is applicable on this space.

This space is on the market for long term lets, therefore it will be difficult for the landlords to accept anything longer than 4-6 weeks in advance and any booking over 6 weeks will be on a Tenancy at Will. For more information on this please visit our Help and advice section -

Home Truths

Although not a prominent shopping destination it is surrounded by a strong residential community.

There's no heating but there is an air conditioning unit (that needs reinstating) that can be reversed to blow out heat.

The property is being promoted on the market for long term lets so only short term projects are being accepted, or a tenancy-at-will will be used (meaning that if a long term offer comes through, the landlord will break the tenancy [subject to a fair notice period for both parties]).
