A Little About This Space

In the center of fashionable Williamsburg is this newly renovated retail space for rent. The space features white brick walls, concrete floors, beamed ceilings, and windows throughout. Any brand will do well in this space given the unbeatable location within Williamsburg. The amount of foot traffic that this area receives throughout the week is fairly high and consistent.

THE CROWD

Williamsburg was once a neighborhood where artists who were priced out of Manhattan came to establish new roots, and has now evolved into an artsy, trendy haven for upscale shops and dining.
