Gravlax London

image description

With beautifully presented dishes and unique flavours, Gravlax London is a fresh culinary experience for spring in London. Putting a bold twist on traditional methods the founder, Charlie Wethered (a former MasterChef contestant), ‘buries’ his salmon in marinades made from premium spirits. The concept was inspired by a trip he made from Oslo to Bergen crossing the Hardangervidda mountain plateau.

When: 18th - 21st May
Where: The Kings Head, 257 Kingsland Road

Nojo was born out of Simon Defta’s frustration of not being able to find nutritious food that was easy to eat on the go. The result; all-natural, gluten-free crêpes – rolled up into one easy to eat package. But what makes Nojo really stand out are the creative combinations. Highlights include king prawns and creamy avocado and bananas, raspberries with whipped cream and roasted walnuts.
