With the aim of bringing well-designed and affordable lighting to the crowds of Britain, The Electrical Shop have opened up a pop-up in Pop Brixton. The product range is deliberately limited as they try to use quality components and good materials. The core products are the cage and the pendant light which can be bought in a range of sizes and colours. Their lights are modern, innovative and stylish.

Scramble

Scrambles new pop-up has opened up in Old Street Station. Selling delicious and highly nutritious shakes made from at least 20 grams of homemade whey protein, this is the go-to place to compliment any healthy regime. They come in a range of flavours such as the Michelangelo which contains kale, pineapple and low fat coconut milk. Alternatively, you could try something a little sweeter with the Raspberry Ripple which contains vanilla, raspberry and low fat frozen yoghurt.

Prawnography’s Seaford and Crustacean Residency

The prawnographer himself, Jim Thomlinson, is opening up a second pop-up shop in Portside Parlour, Shoreditch after the success of his shop on The Magic Roundabout, Old Street Station. With a daily changing menu, you will have the opportunity to sample delicious British style seafood tapas. The menu includes the likes of Iris Rock Oysters with Ginger Jelly and Beer Froth offering a refined dining experience. There are also a range of cocktails which compliment the dishes and stay true to Portside's rum heritage.

Fentimans August Pop-up Bar

Under the glass roof on top of Soho’s L’Escargo, Fentimans have opened up a pop-up bar. Set in a Victorian style greenhouse, the space is filled with live plants and botanicals. The bar will be serving a range of gin and vodka cocktails which have been created using the Fentiman’s drinks range. You can also purchase their soft drinks separately choosing from the likes of Victorian Lemonade, Curiosity Cola and Traditional Ginger Beer. There are also regular events such as ‘Tuesday Night Music’ and mixology classes so you can learn how to make cocktails from the best.

The new pop-up in Old Bengal Bar is for the energetic amongst us looking for something different to do on a Friday and Saturday night. Professionals, Swing Patrol, show you classic swing dance moves and routines for you to practice for their mini competitions and performances. Then, to restore your energy you can grab a bite to eat from the list of Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches from The Liberty Cheesesteak Company.
