Read: Why I’m No Longer Talking to White People About Race by Reni Eddo- Lodge. This book has opened our eyes to systemic racism and how it's truly integrated across all layers and levels of our culture and “respectable” society. It's a must read for everyone actively on a journey to unlearn what society has taught us through education and entertainment combined and understanding the truth of race relations.

Watch: We’ve been immersed in all of Pedro Almodóvar’s movies since lock down. His attention to detail in each frame, the way colors and composition move throughout each movie amongst the dialogues and the intensity of each character is incredible. Sometimes we sit for hours and screenshot entire movies as colour and mood references for our work – his ability to draw you into a complete WORLD is magnetic and incredibly inspiring.

Listen: We have been obsessed with Leo Cosendai’s daily meditations on Instagram. During the lockdown we started doing daily chanting, and we were living in a full house in London with Bess's parents, brother, sister in law and three niece and nephews. At the start of lockdown they thought we were mad doing our daily chants and by the end of the 3 months we had everyone chanting with the kids (all under 4) being completely obsessed! It gave us so much inner strength and peace and will be a ritual that we carry in our lives forever.

Inspiration: We’ve been incredibly inspired to BAKE during lock down, we got completely and utterly obsessed with making sourdough bread. There is something so meditative about it, it's so beautiful to make something from 2 simple elements and every loaf you bake comes out beautifully differently. It is a discipline and a practice we are applying to many areas of our life.
