A Little About This Space
A unique space in North West London in the affluent area of Queens Park. The space has been stripped back to it's wooden structure giving the space real character. It's a ground floor space with windows round two of its walls.
Holding an existing alcohol license, we see this as a great space to hold catered events and pop-up sales. It's a fantastic place to capitalise on the ever growing local clientele who at weekends and evenings flood the streets looking for entertainment close to home.

Rules of The Space
The Studio is available for daily use between 11am and 11.30pm. Use outside these hours is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing by Studio74.
Studio and Equipment hire bookings must be paid for on the day of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
There is a full Terms and Conditions document to be read prior to hire in addition to the License Agreement available upon request.
